Our Role and Responsibilities
When you submit personal information through a form intended for a financial planner, Intently acts as a Data Processor on behalf of that firm (the Data Controller).
Our legal responsibility as a Data Processor is to manage your data securely and only according to the instructions of the Data Controller. The financial planning firm you enquired with is ultimately responsible for your data and for using it to provide you with financial advice.
